GAS Textiles is part of the GAS Kit and Studios family.  GAS Kit has over 20 years experience renting equipment to the photography industry.  They were frequently encountering problems with wear and tear on boxes, bags, flags, and scrims and coming across kit that had insufficient protection. Having committed to reducing waste, they chose repair over replace and began crafting hardwearing, protective solutions to prolong the life of the equipment they hire. With a blend of technical expertise and creativity, GAS Textiles was born.

Today, GAS Textiles crafts bespoke products for the photography, studio, and film industries. Every piece is handmade with careful attention to detail - from restoring weathered equipment bags to designing custom-made lens cases. Sustainability guides our approach through quality construction, repair, restoration and protection.  Minimising the environmental impact of over consumption through prolonging product life and preventing damage.

We work closely with clients to bring their ideas to life, whether it's a branded sand bag, mended scrim, or a completely custom piece.
