Custom-made

We work with a range of clients, largely within the creative industries to realise their ideas and designs. Taking a very collaborative approach and tailoring the process to the specific needs of our clients, we can work with just the beginnings of an idea or a fully finished concept. Our services include: design, production of technical drawings, spec packs and CAD modelling, pattern development, fabric and component sourcing, DTF print and embroideries, prototyping and production.

This is all done in-house in our studios in North London, feel free to arrange to come and visit us.

Hapaca approached us with a need to update their old green bags to better reflect their brand identity and improve functionality. The goal was to enhance their showroom appeal and ensure the bags were perfectly tailored for their product. We began by incorporating Hapaca's vibrant yellow branding and prominently featuring their logo, creating a visually appealing design that stands out in their showroom.

The redesign process was meticulous, focusing on aesthetics and practicality. The new bags look better and provide easier access, fitting the Hapacas perfectly. This sleek, functional packaging aligns with Hapaca's brand and practical needs. Transforming the old green bags to branded yellow ones has greatly improved the product's showroom presentation, showcasing the impact of thoughtful design and craftsmanship.

GAS Textiles recently collaborated with GAS Hire to design protective cases for their various sizes and shapes of lenses. Previously, the lenses were stored on shelves and transported with minimal protection, posing a risk of damage. GAS Hire needed a solution that would safeguard their valuable equipment while reflecting their brand's professional image. We crafted durable, custom-fit cases that provide robust protection and easy transport.

The redesign process was thorough, focusing on durability and functionality. Each case was meticulously designed to fit specific lens dimensions, ensuring a snug and secure hold. The new cases not only enhance the safety of the lenses but also improve organisation and handling in the warehouse. The transformation from unprotected storage to these high-quality protective cases significantly boosts the efficiency and professionalism of GAS Hire's operations, showcasing the importance of thoughtful design and precision manufacturing.

“I am a London based product designer and have looked far and wide for a textiles designer to collaborate with. I got in touch with GAS and had a super pleasant reply from Duncan. From the initial email they were friendly, collaborative and excited to come up with something new.
We have now been working together closely for well over a year and have designed numerous successful products together which have been shipped all over the world. I’m so grateful to have GAS Textiles design, prototype and manufacture my ideas with flawless quality!”
